All such Policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Company in relation to your use of the Service.

YOU FURTHER REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE OTHERWISE LEGALLY PERMITTED TO USE THE SERVICES IN YOUR JURISDICTION AND THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT LIABLE FOR YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH SUCH APPLICABLE LAWS. YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITES OR SERVICES OR ACCEPT THE TERMS IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. Acceptance of Terms:

By accessing or using Krytron Blockchain as a Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

Service Description:

Krytron provides blockchain-based services. Users agree to use the services for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

ACCOUNTS REGISTRATION

Users may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Account Creation. In order to use certain features of the Sites and the Services, you must register for an account (“Account”) and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the account registration form. You may elect to register or not, at your discretion. If you sign up for the Services through a third party’s site, you will create the Account by being redirected to the Site. You represent and warrant that: (a) all required registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You may delete your Account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Sites. Company may suspend or terminate your Account in accordance with this Agreement.

Your submission of Customer Data through the Site or Services is governed by the Company’s Privacy Policy.

Account Responsibilities. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to immediately notify Company of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. Company cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

Customer Responsible for User Access. Customer is responsible and liable for: (a) Users’ use of the Sites or Services, including without limitation unauthorized User conduct and any User conduct that would violate the AUP or the requirements of this Agreement applicable to Customer; and (b) any use of the Sites or Services through Customer’s account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

Unauthorized Access. Customer shall take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to the Sites or Services, including without limitation by protecting its passwords and other log-in information. Customer shall notify Company immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized use of the Sites of Services or breach of its security and shall use best efforts to stop said breach.

Personal data

Your personal information will be handled by the Website in compliance with the Privacy Policy and notifications published on the Website. We advise you to carefully read the Privacy Policy so that you are aware of the data we gather, how we use it, and with whom we share it.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Krytron platform are owned by Krytron. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent. . You acknowledge that all right, title and interest in, and intellectual property rights, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, in the Services, Sites, and its content are owned by Company or Company’s suppliers. Neither these Terms (nor your access to the Sites or use of the Services) transfers to you or any third party any rights, title or interest in or to such intellectual property rights

Limitation of Liability:

Krytron is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use of our platform.

Termination:

Krytron reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform for users who violate these Terms and Conditions.

The Website and all of the content and materials included therein have been developed with the exclusive purpose of providing important general information; and should not be used as professional advice with respect to any particular context. We disclaim all liability for decisions made in reliance on the information presented here.
